Gather two Petri dishes (label dish one with “before” and dish two with “after”), leave the first dish open for several hours allowing microbial organisms to collect. Place a lid to cover the first dish. Run Air & Surface Pro for sixty minutes. Leaving the unit running, open the second Petri dish allowing the collection of organisms for several hours. Cover the second Petri dish. Leave both dishes incubate covered for several hours and compare results.
