Brian Raybold

Brian is a dedicated advisor. An executive who cares about helping people, developing and growing associations into deeply rooted long-term relationships. Brian’s philosophy is educating first, then assess business drivers, aligning collective goals, and exceeding delivery expectations.

For Brian, the education began in the late 1980s after joining the US Navy. This training ground found him INCONUS serving at Naval Support Facility Thurmont and abroad as a Criminal Investigator. During his time on Active Duty, he completed his Bachelor of Science from New England College and served our Country for nearly fifteen years.

After honorable discharge, Brian entered the civilian workforce. In doing so, his focus quickly became serving clients by putting their needs first, starting small where the client felt comfortable engaging and growing budgets based on customer’s return on the investment and value. Years of business acumen experience has lead Brian through corporate life.

Brian’s volunteer service includes a Board position at Kotel Business Community as the Director of Membership Development. In this capacity, he, and the team, work to promote ethics as a competitive business advantage.
